Our Ministries
You ever go to the store for one thing and you end up with a buggy full of 'needs' by the time you get finished? Well, that's sort of how it went for us with the ministry. The Lord allowed us to free one family from the brickyard/slavery, and then we were moved onto the orphanage work, and then finally to establish a widow's home for those in the church there. The needs are great, but our Lord is all sufficient. Thank you to those who have partnered with us in His work.
Orphanage

God entrusted our contact with 30 children to start with. He began to 'collect' these homeless children and brought them into his own house. When we first met with him and his wife, there were 30 children, but that has since grown to around 46 children being cared for.
As with any child, there are plenty of needs. The needs are vast, ranging from food to shoes, mattresses, pillows, and much more. We are doing our best for these precious children. You can contact us and request more info on sponsoring one of these children. They would love having someone outside the orphanage caring for them. We are setting up a monthly zoom call to connect the sponsors and the child. We want them to know you and see the love of Christ through your actions.
If the Lord has put this work on your heart, don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Slavery Deliverance

In the world today, there is still actual slavery. People find themselves in slavery for many reasons. Sometimes they are sold as children. Other times, they get in debt, cannot pay it back, and find themselves enslaved. The reasons are vast, but the main thing they need deliverance. There are over 25 brickyards near our orphanage and we've been visiting 2 to start with. Our first brickyard had 10 Christian families and 17 Hindu families. Thus far, with help from our Team Members (faithful believers), we have been able to free every Christian family. We are now onto Brickyard 2, where the entire slave workforce is made of Christians. You can read more about these families that were released in the blogs. The cost to free a family ranges from 700 to about 1200 U.S. dollars. When we get them out, we take them into our orphanage, help them get on their feet, and finally acclimated back into society. Once stable, they begin to support the ministry with their tithes and offerings, which is then used to free other families. The average time in slavery of those that we've freed thus far is about 10 years. In each case, their children were born into slavery, and worked alongside their parents. It's a blessing to see the expressions on their faces when they have been delivered from their bondage.
Has the Lord put the deliverance of a family on your heart? Please contact us today. We would be so grateful to partner with you to get a family out of their bondage. It's lifechanging for them, but also for those on this side.
Isaiah 61 really hits home here for this section of our ministry:
61:1 The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.
61:4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.
61:5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.
61:6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
Widows Ministry

If you have read 'The Scarlet Letter' by Nathaniel Hawthorne, you will recall the significant theme of shaming people and social dishonor, the idea that some acts are so shameful that the person who committed them must wear a scarlet letter on their chest for all to see. I'm reminded of that when I think of the widows in Pakistan. Much like the orphans, they are at the bottom of society's priorities. According to James 1:27, God views their plight a little differently.
We have been fortunate enough to recently afford the rent on a second home that we have established as our 'Widow's Home'. These 5 ladies above (the one on the left is Sheza, one of our first orphans), and one additional widow have been able to move in and have a good roof over their head. We opened this home on 4/24/22 with the Lord's help. These ladies pick fruit for 15-17 hours a day and they get paid around 2 U.S. Dollars per day. We hope to supply them with sewing machines so they can get out of the back breaking labor they are currently in. We want to establish a sewing ministry with them at the helm. They are all so grateful for their new home within our ministry, and we are thankful to have them. Each is a firm believer in Christ. If the Lord leads you to help them with their housing needs (blankets, mattresses, etc), or with future opportunities (a sewing machine), please get in touch with us today and let's get started together, changing their lives.

Psalm 68:5-6
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in His holy habitation
God setteth the solitary in families: He bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
