The Situation

Pakistan is a hostile country toward Christians. Christians comprise 1.7% of the population. Of these, approximately half are Catholic and half Protestant. Hindus compose about 1.6% and Islam covers the rest.
The southern metropolis of Karachi has a large Christian population, as do the cities of Lahore and Faisalabad.
There are countless Christian villages in the Punjab heartland, while there is also a sizeable population in the deeply conservative north-western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, particularly in Peshawar city.
Before the separation of India and what is now Pakistan, it was a much more diverse place. As society has shifted to an increasingly Islam-led government, tolerance has declined over the years.
Orphans, widows, and slavery are commonplace now, and with the Lord's help, we are doing our best to make a difference in their lives.
Has God put orphans/widows/slaves on your heart?
Then now is the time to get involved.
A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. - Psalm 24:1
